Subaru priced the 2027 Trailseeker. The all-electric SUV starts at $39,995 before destination. Same number as last year. Subaru’s July 2, 2026 pricing release is the source. 375 horsepower. Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. Up to 281 miles on a charge. Subaru called it a price hold. Dealers get it later this fall.
375 horsepower, 4.3 seconds, same pack
Two motors. Combined output is 375 horsepower. The 2027 release says 0–60 in 4.3 seconds and calls it the quickest production Subaru ever sold in the U.S. The 2026 launch kit said 4.4. Same 74.7-kWh lithium-ion pack. Subaru did not explain the tenth.
Official figures from the July 2 release:

The numbers match the 2027 Toyota bZ Woodland. Same pack. Same horsepower. Same 281-mile claim. Subaru does not mention Toyota in the July release.
Battery preconditioning is on the list, either by navigating to a charger or from the screen. Subaru says it works down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit. Cargo is 31.3 cubic feet behind the rear seat. Last year’s kit said 32.2. Subaru compared both to an Outback.
Three trims. Subaru held the prices.
Premium is $39,995. Limited is $43,995. Touring is $46,555. Touring Leather is $46,855. Those are the 2026 numbers. Destination is $1,475 now. It was $1,450 last year. Alaska is $1,625.
Premium gets the 14-inch Subaru Multimedia System, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, EyeSight, heated fronts, dual wireless pads, StarTex, X-MODE, 18-inch alloys with covers, a power rear gate, and ladder-type roof rails. Limited adds Harman Kardon, a panoramic view monitor, 20-inch gloss black wheels, heated rears, a heated wheel, digital key, a kick sensor, and a 120-volt outlet in the cargo area. Touring adds a gloss black hood accent, a panoramic glass roof with a motorized shade, ventilated fronts, and radiant leg warmers. Blue-and-black leather is $300. Two-tone Crystal White Pearl with leather is $795.
Six colors: Brilliant Bronze Metallic, Crystal Black Silica, Crystal White Pearl, Magnetite Gray Metallic, Sapphire Blue Pearl. Daybreak Blue Pearl is $395 extra. Built in Japan.

Subaru says it adapted an iconic exterior onto a next-generation electric powertrain. Compared with the Solterra, the Trailseeker is more than six inches longer and nearly an inch taller. The front gets the new Subaru EV light signature and a six-star illuminated logo. The back spells SUBARU in the light bar.
subaru.com still sells it as a 2026. More than 280 miles. 10 to 80 in about 28 minutes. Tesla Superchargers via NACS. The July release is the 2027 sheet. Same MSRP. A tenth off the 0–60 claim. Seven miles less if you buy Limited or Touring wheels.
Subaru already sold this car. 375 horsepower. 281 miles, if you take the manufacturer’s word and stay on the Premium. $39,995 before the $1,475 destination charge. The 2026 kit said 4.4 seconds. This year’s says 4.3. The price did not move. That is the news.
