The 2027 Subaru Uncharted Starts at $34,995 and Claims 308 Miles

Subaru priced the 2027 Uncharted. The all-electric compact crossover starts at $34,995 before destination. Same number as last year. Subaru’s June 25, 2026 pricing release is the source. 221 horsepower if you take the cheap one. 338 if you pay for two motors. Up to 308 miles on a charge. Subaru called it a price hold. Dealers get it this fall.

221 horses or 338. Same pack.

The cheap one is front-drive. One motor. 221 horsepower. Subaru says more than 300 miles and then, in the Premium paragraph, 308. That is the number on subaru.com‘s 2026 trim sheet too. Premium FWD is limited numbers. Eco and Snow modes. No X-MODE. No roof rails.

Sport and GT get dual motors on the front and rear axles. Combined output is 338 horsepower. Standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive with X-MODE Dual Mode, Snow/Dirt and Deep Snow/Mud, Grip Control, Downhill Assist. The 2026 debut kit said 0–60 in less than five seconds on those two. The June 25 sheet does not repeat the time.

Official figures from the June 25 release and Subaru’s current Uncharted trim sheet:

  • Premium FWD: 221 hp, 308 miles
  • Sport: 338 hp, 287 miles
  • GT: 338 hp, 273 miles
  • 74.7-kWh lithium-ion pack, standard NACS, 150 kW DC
  • 10 to 80 percent in as little as 28 minutes
  • 8.2 inches of ground clearance
  • $34,995 Premium FWD MSRP, destination extra

The June release listed GT and Sport with 287 and 273 miles, respectively. That reads backwards. The 2026 pricing kit said Sport more than 285 and GT more than 270. The consumer sheet still has Sport at 287 and GT at 273. GT wears 20-inch wheels. That is the drop.

This is not the Trailseeker. That one is the Outback-shaped EV. 375 horsepower. 281 miles. $39,995. Same 74.7-kWh pack. Subaru does not mention the family in the Uncharted sheet.

Three trims. Subaru held the prices.

Premium FWD is $34,995. Sport is $39,795. GT is $43,795. Those are the 2026 numbers. Destination is $1,475 now. It was $1,450 last year. Alaska is $1,625.

Every Uncharted gets the 14-inch Subaru Multimedia System, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, EyeSight, heated fronts, dual wireless pads, and the all-weather package. Premium rides on 18-inch alloys with gloss black covers and cloth. Sport adds StarTex, a 360-degree heated wheel, 360-degree surround-view, roof rails rated 176 pounds dynamic, Traffic Jam Assist, Lane Change Assist, a power rear gate, and an 8-way power passenger seat. GT adds a panoramic glass roof with a motorized shade, ventilated fronts, Harman Kardon, 20-inch gunmetal wheels, heated rear outboards, and a digital rearview mirror with HomeLink.

Five colors: Coastal Wolf Gray Metallic, Habanero Orange Metallic, Cosmic White Pearl, Astro Black Mica, Metropolis Gray Metallic. Two-tone is GT only, on four of those. Assembled in Japan.

The small one

Subaru says the Uncharted is roughly seven inches shorter than the Solterra and still claims more than 25 cubic feet behind the second row. The official trim sheet lists 20.8 cubic feet with the deck board up and 23.0 with it down. Turning circle is 36.1 feet. Subaru compared that to a Crosstrek. Length is 177.8 inches. Wheelbase is 108.3. Curb weight is 4,145 pounds on Premium FWD, 4,430 on Sport, 4,480 on GT.

subaru.com still sells it as a 2026. Up to 308 miles. 10 to 80 in about 28 minutes. Tesla Superchargers via NACS. The June 25 release is the 2027 sheet. Same MSRP. Destination up $25. The cheap one is still front-drive.

Subaru already sold this car. 221 horsepower if you want the 308-mile claim. 338 if you want two motors and X-MODE. $34,995 before the $1,475 destination charge. The price did not move. That is the news.
